About Me

Mikael Maliks, currently an organ student at the NTNU Conservatory as well as resident of Trondheim in central Norway, has shown a keen interest in the format of handbell ensemble and its application in possibilities of arrangement within the realm of pop music as well as in experimental forms and free composition. While attaining a Bachelor's degree in Art History at NTNU Dragvoll, he has also contacted several pioneers in the field of handbell performance, including Mareike Davis and Malcolm C. Wilson, attempting to expand on the solo handbell repertoire.
